Mobile Studio. We can come to you or you can come to us at a location near you. A floor space of 15’ x 15’ is necessary. An office conference room or your home work just as well. Your convenience comes first.
Outdoor Location. Strengthen your brand by having your session at iconic locations across your locality.
Your Workplace. Be it a model unit home or a dentist’s chair, details elevate business context.

How does a session work? Our process begins with a consultation call to discuss your goals. A 50% retainer secures your date and location. A pre-session primer with preparation guidelines will be provided. For off-studio sessions, we arrive an hour early for setup. Sessions typically last an hour but happily extended if needed. After the shoot, we offer on-site or online image review. I can offer some insight and help you choose or you can do it online later - no high-pressure sales tactics. How much does a session cost? We offer two service tiers:
Headshot Prime: $200 for a 30-minute outdoor session with one edited headshot. Additional headshots: $100 each.
Business Portrait Salon: $245 session fee, $250 per photo. Discounted collection sets are available. This package is great for those who require different looks and backgrounds in a studio setting, time will be extended as needed at no additional cost.

How do we book you? To book a session, a 50% non-refundable retainer is neccessary. We accept various payment methods including Zelle (951-941-1811), ACH, Venmo (@joshuafernandez), Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, and credit cards (with a 4% transaction fee). Inquire here.
Do you shoot more than headshots? We offer a range of services including professional headshots, branding sessions with multiple outfits and locations, team photography, event photography and a headshot salon at your event floor. For specialized needs, please request a custom quote.
Do you photograph teams? We provide on-site sessions at your convenience, ensuring consistent style matching across your team. Our efficient process work great with large groups. For conventions, meetings, galas and assemblies, we will setup a headshot salon on your event floor and offer a flat-rate studio setup with direct photo delivery to participants. There is ZERO admin work for your company.
Do we receive copies of all of our unedited photos? We provide professionally edited photos as standard. For clients requiring the full set of unedited images, these are available for an additional $1000, delivered via USB drive. These images are unfinished work and will not look like the edited images seen on our website.
What do we wear to the session? To create a versatile set of photos, we recommend bringing two outfits – one formal and one casual. We're happy to schedule a video call to discuss your vision and our approach.
Where are you based and do you travel for sessions? While based in Washington, DC, we frequently travel to San Francisco and are available for assignments nationwide. We can conduct sessions in our studio, your office, or outdoor locations. Travel fees cover only transportation and accommodation; all other expenses are on us.
If done outdoors, do you have location recommendations? A location that reflects the nature of your industry is a good start. For instance, if you’re in finance or operate in a corporate capacity, an urban backdrop works - just like how a lab coat or scrubs identify a healthcare worker. This promotes your portrait’s identity. A busy, public scene is great for vibrant and spontaneous images.
How is a cancellation/reschedule and bad weather handled? Rescheduling is allowed up to two weeks prior to your session without additional fees due to force majure. For weather-related issues, rescheduling can be done up to 2 days before the session. Otherwise a new deposit is neccessary to book another date. Please note that the 50% retainer is non-refundable.
Can you help us plan for the session? Collaboration is key to our process as we actively engage with clients to gain a deep understanding of their vision and develop the most effective strategy for achieving your specific goals.
